Repairs

In order, to obtain the best service, do not hesitate to quickly tell us the problems or defects relative to your apartment (water tap broken, broken window, et.) while presenting to you at the administration office.

Noise

It is important to note that the unusual noises and the strong music are not tolerated after 10 PM. If another tenant is making too much noise, do not hesitate to contact the security agent always on duty after 10 PM 418-656-0553.

Painting

You accept the rented apartment with the color in place, in which case you will have no obligation to repaint the apartment when you leave and you can paint the apartment to your liking. In addition, upon request, we will provide white paint.

At no time should you paint the heat sensor (otherwise it becomes ineffective). You should not paint the mezzanine unless it has already been painted with the permission of the administration of Pavillon Montcalm.

Conditioned air

The installation of conditioned air is not tolerated in apartments on the front side of the Pavillon Montcalm. But, when allowed, you must get the installation verifed by the administration of Pavillon Montcalm. We reserve at all times the right to charge additional costs.
